Description: Develops and facilitates business applications assisting customer and helps define and analyze business requirements for applications. Under general guidance, analyzes and evaluates client business problems and devises computer programs and related procedures to process data and deal with problems by providing tier 2 support. Prepares diagrams and charts, and grows coding logic flowcharts. Gathers information from business systems experts and users, identifies work problems and develops complete specifications to enable developers to get ready-required programs. Exhibits excellent diagnostic and analytical skills and the ability to multi-task, that has experience in the health care industry. Key Functions/Responsibilities: Responsible for the ongoing operation, support, maintenance, and upgrade of all customer systems.
Provides senior-level support for packaged applications for our major procedures, including claims, care management, and network management. Fix and Troubleshoot escalated helpdesk or production support demands regularly. Use business representatives and IT management to define requirements for applications supporting the client through written functional and technical specifications for applications. Implement, design, develop and test new software applications, extensions to deals and web-based services and functions, and offer on-going support for these applications. At the least four (4) years’ experience developing and using relational directories, including Microsoft SQL server, required. A background in the healthcare industry.
Preferred/Desirable: Experience with Facets or other client products attractive. Experience in a technical customer-service role desirable. Strong working knowledge in software development industry criteria, including development life-routine data and ideas modeling tools. Quite strong experience in problem and diagnosis analysis. Ability to identify business needs through direct interaction with users and to create specifications.
